Collecting your folios etc.. before the Private view

Howdy Ladies and Gentleman,

I trust this finds you well? I have had a number of emails over the last few days. Here are the answers to your queries.

You all must collect your work by 12PM next Wednesday the 22nd of May [unless you had extenuating circumstances]. On Wednesday you will also be expected to help clean and put the finishing touches in place for the Private view the following day, Thursday 23rd May.

Those of you who did not receive your allocated invitations can collect them from me on Wednesday. I will be either in one of the studios or in my office.

The meeting point for the Access awards, on Wednesday 25th May at 4pm, is the Quad.

I have been asked by the university to take some A1 sheets from a cross section of portfolios. If I have taken anything from your folio there will be a note within your folio detailing how many pages were taken. The University will hold on to the work for 12 months after which you can collect it. The purpose of this is to have an Access course folio to show next years and prospective students the type of thing Access students have produced. I also realise that this is contrary to what I said when asked about this matter a couple of weeks ago. However the University is adamant that I take the pages now.

Welcome back!

Welcome back all those who went to Berlin. The four refusniks had a quiet week without you, which included a very good day with Stephen in London (thank you Stephen). I think we would all recommend the exhibition at the Hayward - Light Show. When you go it should not be so full of kids!

See you Wednesday
